1. General

This agreement (the "Offer") is concluded between the seller — Yodsira, a self-employed individual of the Russian Federation (INN 434585234515) (the "Seller"), and any capable individual or legal entity (the "Buyer") who accepts this Offer by placing an order on https://yodsira.com (the "Website").

The Offer takes effect upon acceptance; acceptance means payment of an order. The current version is always published on the Website. Russian law applies.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive right to use digital products (software, game assets, templates and other digital goods) in their paid versions (the "Product"), and the Buyer pays the listed price for that right.

The Product is delivered electronically (an archive and a license key). The key and download link become available in the order section of the Website immediately after payment and are also sent to the email address provided.

3. License

One license covers one website (one domain) for software products, or one project where stated otherwise on the product page. Term: 12 months from the payment date, including all updates and technical support during that period.

Free versions of the products are distributed separately under their own open-source license (GitHub) and are not part of this Offer.

The right of use is granted to the Buyer immediately after payment; the Product has no material form.

4. Price and payment

Prices are listed in rubles and include all taxes arising from the Seller's tax regime (NPD / self-employed tax). Payment is processed by the payment service ROBOKASSA LLC (INN 7710718303); international cards and local methods are supported.

The payment obligation is considered fulfilled when the funds are credited by the provider.

5. Rights and obligations

The Buyer agrees not to share the license key or Product files with third parties, not to publish them, and not to use the Product on more than one site without purchasing additional licenses.

The Seller commits to keeping the Product functional as described on the Website, releasing updates, and responding to support requests within a reasonable time (usually within 24 hours).

6. Liability and limitations

The Product is provided "as described" within the scope published on the Website. The Seller does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin or theme, but resolves known conflicts through support.

The Seller's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order.

7. Miscellaneous

The Seller may amend this Offer; the current version is always available on the Website. Russian law governs this agreement.
